When you register for an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted hash of your password. We also collect basic usage analytics, including the volume and endpoints of your API requests, to measure bandwidth and enforce billing limits.
If you upgrade to a paid tier, your credit card and billing information are collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your email exclusively to send critical account notifications (e.g., password resets, welcome emails, billing issues) and occasional service updates. We use your request telemetry to bill you appropriately and improve the underlying caching architecture.
Our client dashboard uses secure JWT cookies to maintain your login session. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (like Sentry) to log unhandled backend errors and trace performance bottlenecks.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers essential to running our business (e.g., Stripe for billing, SMTP providers for transactional emails, hosting infrastructure providers).
You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your API keys will be invalidated, your database records wiped, and your Stripe subscription cancelled.
